A good day for the neutrophils! The nursing staff are preparing for a possible weekend discharge. I am nervous that something will go wrong, but looking forward to what may come. They have stopped my antibiotic; I guess tonight will show if I have truly beaten the infection and can fend for myself.
Rose had a day off from visiting, but Chris and Harriet came at lunchtime, bringing Mizo soup for me, which was OK, but not as good as the mushroom risotto! It was brilliant to see them, but sadly the visit was all too short. I hope they have a good time at their up and coming Royal Wedding Street Party.
The weekend maybe a bit disrupted blog wise, depending on what happens tomorrow. I will do my best.
